We have a lifetime return policy, which means you have an unlimited amount of time after receiving the item to request a return.
In order to make a return, the item must be in the same condition it was received, unworn or unused, with tags and in the original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is also required.

Damage and problems
Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so that we can assess the problem and remedy it.
Changes
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item in question and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refund
Once we receive and check your return, we will inform you whether or not your refund has been approved. If approved, the refund will be made automatically using the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it may take some time for the bank or credit card company to process and issue the refund.
